 I am pleased to offer high-quality counseling services in both English and Japanese. Having lived in the United States for seven years before returning to Japan at the age of 18, I have a deep, firsthand understanding of the unique challenges that come with living, working, and adapting to a different culture. I know how isolating and overwhelming it can feel to navigate cultural gaps, and this personal background allows me to support expats, international students, and multicultural professionals with genuine empathy and insight.

 With an extensive clinical background, I have supported over 1,000 clients throughout my career. My professional journey includes rich experience working in psychiatric clinics, as well as serving as a dedicated corporate counselor specializing in employee mental health. Thanks to this dual experience, I am highly adept at handling a wide range of psychological difficulties, from everyday workplace stress and burnout to severe clinical conditions.

 To ensure that each client receives the most effective care tailored to their unique needs, I utilize an integrative approach incorporating evidence-based practices. My areas of expertise include:
